Locations include Trendy Balham (SW12), convenient Clapham South (SW12), prestigious Battersea Reach (SW18) and Wimbledon's neighbour Colliers Wood (SW19). Some have gardens, some have free parking, some are traditional in style whilst others are contemporary. But all apartments are located in areas that are safe, very close to good transport links, and near to shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
With everything you need in a 'home away from home', all you have to do is unpack your bags, stock up the fridge, and make yourself at home! Because London is so huge, wherever you stay - even if considered 'Central London' - you'll soon be on a train or tube to get to some other part anyway! By staying in 'the suburbs' you get much more for your money yet the area wants for nothing. And it's real London. Not a tourist trap where you'll get fleeced daily!
Balham is a trendy, buzzy neighbourhood that has both mainline rail and the Northern Line of the Underground, two major supermarkets, several boutiques, dozens of bars, cafes and restaurants, and 3 huge Commons all within a 5-10 minute walk. Nearby Tooting Lido is the biggest outdoor pool in Europe. 'The Bedford' pub is a famous live music and comedy venue that draws big crowds every night. Popular with both City commuters and young families (and indeed a number of actors and TV celebrities), Balham really has it all. Each of our Balham apartments has on-street parking by permit. From Balham station you can be in Central London in just 12 minutes.
Clapham South, located in Travel Zone 2 and has its own Tube station, is just a 10 minute walk up Balham Hill toward Central London. It's located right on the edge of Clapham Common and has three supermarket chains along with its own cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs.
Battersea Reach offers a spectacular river-front setting and is just a walk across the bridge from Chelsea. Very well positioned to experience all that London has to offer, Wandsworth Town rail station is just a 5 minute walk away from this contemporary award-winning riverside development. Our apartment in Colliers Wood is tucked away on a quiet residential street with free permit parking included and a private garden. Sharing a postcode with Wimbledon, it's a safe suburb with great shopping (a huge Marks and Spencers and Sainsburys hypermarket, TK Maxx discount store etc). It has local bars, restaurants and lovely park with stream and kiddies play area just at the end of the street. It is just a 5 minute walk to Colliers Wood Tube, which will whisk you up the Northern Line into Central London in 20 minutes.
